In conjunction with Metro-Nashville government, Governor Lee, and the guidelines per the CDC, we have decided to move the car show to June 6th. We take the safety of our players and those who wish to support them very seriously.  Our volunteers plan to take the necessary steps to ensure cleanliness and safety of all who choose to engage in this fundraiser. . These are precautions we will take to ensure a safe and fun fundraiser for the children of our park. We thank you for your patience and understanding. Listed below are the steps we are taking to ensure a safe fundraiser:

1. If you are running a fever or feel sick, please stay home. (as well as on contact with someone who has been sick)
2. You will be highly encouraged to wear a mask for not only your safety, but for those around you.
3. Maintain a minimum of 6-feet between others.
4. Foot traffic will move in a single direction and will also adhere to the 6-foot rule.
5. Please bring exact change if possible to reduce the handling of money.
6. All volunteers will be screened prior to the event and will be required to wear a mask.
7. Precautions will be taken to ensure all concessions are prepared in a safe way via non-contact food pick-up and a line that follows the CDC 6-foot guideline.

As mentioned in previous flyers, the first 100 people who show up will receive a free mask that has been sanitized/kept in a sanitized space.

We will also ask all who attend to provide a First and Last name along with a phone number. This will not be used for commercial purposes and will only be used for emergency contact reasons if those situations occur. Madison Little League is a privately ran 501c non-profit. Madison Little League will not be responsible for any illness contracted during this event. We are taking every precaution possible to ensure your safety. However, by attending this event you are acknowledging that these are only precautions and that Madison Little League can not guarantee an environment that is 100% safe from the COVID-19 virus. Attending this event is entirely voluntary and is your judgment call to make for your own health.

We appreciate each and every person who chooses to attend this fundraiser for the children of Madison Little League. Every single dollar made will go back into the park. Additional donations are welcome both in cash, check, or debit via PayPal.
